FUCK TQ, THAT'S THE LAST STRAW.
After today I will no longer be logging these forums, or playing the game. I have had it with the lousy staff in charge of this piece of trash game.
3 fucking days I have been trying to contact help desk, and still they continue to ignore me despite the fact I can see Angela, Lydia or Rex typing, then deciding to just send me the generic "no one to help you" message. And before anyone says this is a bug, that's bullshit because over the last 3 days I know of people that have spoken to help desk and been spoking to by both Lydia and Angela. Also the fact I got this message within 20 seconds of help desk being brought back online. Oh yes, there is really no one to help me that early is there? Fucking pieces of trash. I've met some lovely people here and sorry to say goodbye! take care guys!

Noooooo, don't go, Matt! You rock!!! Come on, man ... stay and play the game and post on the forum. You'll be missed too dearly, and you should take that into consideration.
I totally understand your frustration, though, with the Help Desk. I've tried reporting botters, yet every time I go to use it, it says it's "offline" and to leave a message. I try to leave a message but nothing happens. So, yeah ... they have totally crappy customer service, which sucks, especially for those of us who have paid to play.

its not only you ive tried to contact help desk for 1,5 month and no one answered me from helpdesk after 2 month i tried again then it worked... i guess they have some kind of auto ignore someone... idk why but i do report botters alot could it be thats why they ignore us O.o

ahh im with u mat 996/botters/out game sellers this game is shit now not like old days when it WAS adictive every patch full with craps just to milk out money from us i want to do finaly some quests for 130+player withouth time limit
in china lives 1.3kkk ppl and tq can afford only 3help desk gms aint that too greedy? |

 I'm sad to see Matt go. I feel so bad for him that he's gotten no help whatsoever. It isn't as if he ever botted, or was mean to anyone on here.It's always the good ones that get crapped on.
