Hey quick question...

House upgrade lvl 3 requires 7 ref gems.
Does it require all 7 to be different, all the same, or what?
So far I've tried all the same & failed, but I don't want to waste my good ref gems if I don't have to

No, any 7 refined gem's. Eg, you can donate 5 RMG's and 2 RVG's.

And u get so many gems to put refs into your house, uh?

I'm by the mine gets these days and its empty here, only a bunch of bots in silver mine.
Guess I'm the only one doing the house by ore vouchers

Anyway, whoever is looting the gems uses refs to make superior gems or enchants
(wich I think not to be worth, but what to do with kylins anyway). If one gets many
more he can use/sell, then upgrades would be ok, but at the dropping rates I get...

so I took "ye ole hoe" (pickaxe) out for a spin.

Its 15 gems and 5 KK to go from H2 to H4, quite a dough.

Well the only use for refined gems now is to make STG's or donating for house upgrades. Putting 15 RDG's to make a SDG is worthless now, with super gems struggling to reach 20cps each in my server!

Here in Capricorn/Ryee the SDG usually goes for 30-35 and ther're some lokos
pushing prices up to 65! Of course this is the "Market" price system.

But with TQ killing the mines, dropping drop rates,
leaving the botters living the high life, spanning the spawn points,
and now closing the traditional ore task for house upgrade,
what is left of the minning activity? It used to be a main profession
for many players along marketing.

In the other hand they (eventually) put those stables to some use.
When I first played CO, never realized it was more than decoration.
Can soc/enchant/ref my horse or crop?

Here in Ryee (Capricorn) House Upgrade certificate prices:

House level 1 > 2 is selling for 350CP ~ 10-14 SDGs ~ 1.6 DB
form level 3 > 4 its going for 450CP ~ 12-18 SDGs ~ 2.1 DBs
