suspected of using bot

i get disconected after 5 minutes of playing and then i cant log in. all acounts i log in after that error are getting the same shit. is sad...especialy when someone is buying cps on site. is not the first time when it happend but i was like...it happend 1 time...maybe is a mistake...anyway,,the error or message i get is this:

"Failed to login: Suspected of using bots and unable to login for 1 day. Get more details via Customer Support or news on CO homepage!(996)*1"

if anybody can tell what is about...because on support side nothing show up. ty all

I know little about this, all you have to do is just wait 24 hours.
TQ have right to suspect any accounts under certain cause.
Just wait 24 hours, do nothing and time for vacation.
O yeahh.... vacation baby my baby .

I have some experience in this as it has happened to me only once.

Make sure all your clients are closed before you load a new client in the attempt to update.
