2 of my Vip Chars cant log on here

I have 4 chars that have VIP, but only 2 can log on, and other 2 cant , anyone have any idea please?

They may have VIP, but its the account that you credit the dbs to that are able to sign in.

That the accounts are entitled to VIP services doesn't make them legitimate VIP accounts, only the accounts that you credited Dragon Balls to are VIP accounts.
