I know dealing with bots is a problem, but do they seriously want the server to start getting over run by bots? Seriously get GMs that are actually online in game with a way to contact to report, have them monitoring in game.

This is starting to get to the point of being crazy.
Ya bro TQ is absolutely doing nothing about it and that sucks. They expect players to police the game which is total idiotic. We pay to play the game and it is TQs responsibility to keep all servers free of botters. I will no longer spend any more money in this game till TQ does something about botters.
Two thirds of the players in my server uses bots. Slowly but surely, fair and paying players will be overrun by botters.

Botjail is not the answer to these bots. Perm ban's are. Figure out where the money is finding its way from these bots and perm ban that character which is likely to be the geared character.
let say TQ bans anyone who is detected botting.
Now what if your main which was not botting gets banned.
TQ's response would be "Our system is never wrong"
Perhaps you do not know many players on the forums who have been botjail only for TQ to be non respondent or state "Our system is never wrong please stop botting"

Perm ban's would stamp down on the botting - along with far superior encryptions than they have now. When the main botters get perm banned, a lot less innocent people will get falsely accused. But the problem is, you never know who is telling the truth when pleading innocence. Everyone pleads innocent after they have been jailed, even when you know for a fact certain people have botted.

In 4-5 years I played, none of my friends or I have ever got 'wrongly-jailed', so I personally believe the "innocent parties" have to prove they weren't botting to get unbanned in a situation like this.
