HELP DESK CHANGED INTERFACE?

i noticed that now HD ask account and pw (last time i used 2 week ago it asked only name , mail and char name but not the password)
it's allright??

Yep, it's alright, that's the whole new user interface for better customer service.

Whoa, first, they do NOT need your password. Mainly because they can reset and change it on their end.

Going to use Support to see whats up.

Oh I see what they did. I was thinking that they asked you for your password in chat.

Yhea, this method they are doing is alright.

@ MicDeath : maybe a sort of preliminary login (account and pw) can help GM to automatic recognize before start chat who are VIP and who not (for some privileges of priority).
@ Mephisto : pls push (as much u can) "your" staff to balance archer class..... i had lucky with chi gates with my warrior (final ph attack) and now my warrior hit harder (lucky bow level 1 and normal arrow) than my main char (statistic in my signature) ............
