So, I've fixed every major skill that levels upon activation, like Penetration and Phoenix.

My dilemma is that I've reincarnated and takes a couple weeks to relevel them. In my past experiences, if I skip leveling skills in a reincarnation, it jumps despite reincarnating without releveling it again. But I'm not sure if it'll work every single time.

My question is should I skip leveling it until I'm done reincarnating?

Any input would be great.

if you dont fix your skills back to where they were before, they will all go to elementary. but if you fix your skills as well as weapon prof every time you reincarcnate, you save your self the trouble of going from elementrary to being fixed. like with nix, you gotta hit lvl 4 for it to jump back to lvl 9. but if you dont fix it each time you reincarcnate, it stays elemtary and u gotta lvl it back all the way to lvl 9. same goes for any skill or weapon.

Well some skills are alot harder to lvl if you don't have 'black named' monsters to lvl them on. Such as Nado / Nix / etc etc.... And stuff like Thunder and Fire get taken away each reincarnation you do. Those you have to wait till your final reincarnation to buy and lvl up. But other than that, it's not really necessary to lvl them until your done.

when did this change? i have reincarnated a few times and both weapon skills and weapon proficiency epiphany back to their previous state at half way without lvling them at all the prior life

That's what I'm afraid that would happen. I dun wanna level penetration all the way back again.

this happend about when they released reincarcnation and even to now. if i dont relvl my skills back up there fixed state, ill have to actually go through each lvl of the proficency or skill to gete it fixed. maybe my accounts are just retarded and dont go back like they should, but every account iv made through reincarncation iv had to re lvl all the skills through each lvl or i would go back to elementary.

i had lvl 19 weap prof on a few account, but i didnt lvl that stuff back up either cause i thought it would jump back to 19, but it didnt so i have to re lvl it.

When i reincarnated all my skills stayed fixed and weap profs stayed the same, im sure they did.

It says either on the site or in the menu for reincarnation in game (forget which) that only your skills from the life prior to reincarnating will be kept. So reincarnating 2x without releveling skills means you lose the chance to epiphany those skills.
