New one is stronger, has more skills, deals earth damage as well as water damage.

New dragon souls are:

P6 Headgear (Melee)
P6 Headgear (Magic)
P6 Necklace
P6 Bag
P6 Ring
P6 Bracelet
P6 Boot.
