Disconnecting

I really have no idea where should I post to get an answer,so I'll try here.
For the past week or so I've been disconnecting randomly on either of my clients ( i usually run 2),sometimes on one of them,sometimes on the other,every hour,2 hrs or every 30 minutes. And I never had this issue,and I don't lagg either,my ping is 'normal' too. And I don't run any other download or anything that could cause it.....so is this server related,due to bots or what is it?

P.S I play on Cinderella server.

Any helpful answer is appreciated,thanks.

I can tell you is stupid server problem always has been this way.
You will DC every half hour or suddenly got 10k ping is not your net is the server problem and the server game located.

u better make a ticket to TQ and let them know about this

try rebooting your modem and router. If this solves the issue, then you're good, otherwise create a ticket with the helpdesk

I re-downloaded and reinstalled the game,seems to work now,thanks guys.
