today i woked up and logged on with my warrior farmer(items worth 12k cps) at 10.30 played around 30second and wtf stop using bots your forbbiden to log on for a day!
After that i tryed help desk no1 answering
Can any1 explane me where this game is going and should i leave couse after countless times i tryed to call help desk no answers me and whats more every char which i log on get this mesage
Yeah this game is dieing now couse if this will happen again i will leave couse im NOT USING BOTS and probobly im not only1 who think like this or got same problem
Oh and yesterday i reinstaled os and so i had to download client so im sure its 100%clean

Yes their anti-bot system is working 100% again.

I just tried logging in two characters, one VIP, one not, both were disconnected and banned for using bots within 2 minutes of connecting.

Nice huh?

Last time this happened.. response from my email was:

Your account was detected of using illegal program/editted client and that was why it got restricted. To get back to the game, please remove the illegal program or install a clean client. And please make sure you have followed instructions below:
1. Do NOT skip any auto-updates which are required by client.
2. Do NOT apply any illegal plug-in s or malwares when you are trying to enter the game.
3. If you intend to intercept, filter or grasp any data packages related to the game with your firewall or package sniffer. It will stand in the way to game as well.

Seems like a simple copy/paste from the standard "we got you with our automated anti-bot program".

When I asked them to tell me what illegal program/plugin/malware was detected, they replied:
Your account <censored> was detected of using illegal programs/editting client and that was why it got the restriction message. Our anti-bot systems runs every some minutes. So some accounts might not get restricted if they are running on the time that our system just finishes the detecting. Sorry but I cannot explain too much on how our system works

and this was from Cindy Z (if you can believe it).

So, they actually think their system accurately detects stuff, and bans accordingly, and aren't the slightest bit inclined to believe otherwise.

pf after this i think when "anti bot" scanner runs than ur banned ur using bots or no just ment for banning not scanning even if ur vip if they think that vip will spend more money couse of this than CYA

Lagging as I try to logon.

Ping jump to 70K.

Later oot msg saying banned for a day.

This is fcking stupidity of TQ.

This is our warning to TQ. We are VIP players who are spent huge amt of money.

Do you want kind of treatment like KONY 2012. We will spread this imcompetent TQ service to VIP through all source of media in internet.

Let be TQ to be world worst gaming company.
