SRGs on oblivion

friend on mine told me that srgs doesnt affect on oblivion is it true?

Urm.. Oblivion is the xp skill right?
I don't know how fast usual player level.
With full srg gear and exp pot I get 110 from lvl 15 within 2-3hours..
Every xp skill with 32 kills get me 3-4 lvls..
Really fast

i think its same as warrior only with warrior u can soc more srgs for higher xp
