It works for the sole purpose of increasing your BP a lil bit more. So eventually EVERYONE will want it.

... And those who cannot afford to +12 it will be crushed even harder in pvp. It will only make the big guys bigger and the little guys smaller. Eventually, the little guys will just give up and leave the game for good.
