Hi, i am a new comer. i got a doubt here!

Let say, if Lv 132 equipment. fix-ed a Phase soul 6. Can i upgrade the item to the next level? and does it gain more damage after a level upgrade?

You are able to upgrade an item with a permed dragon soul on it. It will gain more damage after a level upgrade. The soul doesn't change, but the base stats for the weapon, or whatever you're trying to level will change.

oh. ok! mean i can upgrade without fear! cause i scare after permed.. the item can be upgrade and the damange stay put. haha!
