On the very beginning of March 1,2012, China time, TQ had removed the $340.00 bulk pack and replaced it with the more expensive $285.00 bulk pack. Below is my breakdown on the old vs. the new bulk pack.

Old bulk cost $340.00= 26,875cps. = 79 cps per 1USD

New Bulk cost $285.00= 20,643cps= 72.4 cps per 1USD

Clearly on this beakdown, the pricve of CP had gone up. If anyone else who have notice this price change and have thier own version, please feel free to correct my math. Also i would like to note that the price went on effect on March 1, 2012 China time. For those who are 12 hours behind China time who is still on Febuary 29 got the shaft in the butt. Price change did not take effect according to their local time.

Bottomline is, TQ raised prices and known problems associated with this game still persist. Today my server is still down.

I believe there has already been a thread about this, although I cannot find it.
Yes it is true that you now only gain a 5% bonus rather than a 15% bonus.

Remember, this is a dying game so they are trying to maximise sales, to the majority they will see this bulk pack as an improvement as it is actually more affordable than the old bulkpack, just less value for money.

yeah, but they haven't raised prices, they have lowered the saving you get, and introduced a bulk bulk buying option (wow thats confusing) meaning if you multi-purchase the bulks you get a better saving.

I do agree that it is stupid that they doing this who is gonna buy 10 bulks at once with a 25k ping
