Shopping Rush - Bound Items?
Why are Bound items in the Shopping Rush? I just don't understand the logic behind this. We're paying real money for this stuff; not doing some free quests for it. WTH?

To celebrate the arrival of this revolutionary combat system, the TQ team will be releasing a big Summer Steed Shopping Rush, which starts tomorrow, July 28th. Lots of Rare Steed Packs will be on sale at surprisingly low prices, with lots of awesome free gifts in the pack, including various stones, high level mount armor, and even a Super Riding Crop!
Surprisingly low? I'm not surprised that they are still charging 13k CPs for a +6 rare.

meh, I can make a +12 steed with them 13k cps, so why bother buying the rare ones anyways
