I have filed a complaint to BBB.org

Problem: Main account got botjail while in TG, while 2 other accounts mining were fine.
Reason from TQ: "Botting in TG" LOL wow. you want my $5 that bad?

I will not pay around $5 to get my account out of botjail.
Reason: I DO NOT BOT or CHEAT of any kind. So why paying $5 to get out of jail?
Paying $287 to TQ and my gears just fully 1 soc +5, that cost less than 40dbs.

As we all know, there are some people who bot and never get in bot jail, while some people never Bot or Cheat do get in bot jail, especially those pay to play.

I believe i dont have to spend 287$ for TQ conquerpoints, but i spend it anyway!

They are not Getting my $5 dollars, and i Will get them to People Court if Better Business Bureau cant solve this.

BTW, Paypal has a policy of 60days money back if the transaction didnt work out for buyers.

I have spend $287 in a short amount of time, spending another $5 is like nothing.

But i will Never Ever spend on TQ to get my account out of jail for no reason.

If Training Ground considers botting. Well damn, sorry i will never enter that place again!

This is the reason why honest people getting piss off, and start considering using bot. So if they get caught, they just make a new account!

TQ are not a BBB accredited business, therefore, there is nothing that the BBB can do to help you.
People can just about post their thoughts with the BBB about TQ. Which is why they have a rating of F. But you will never get any further than you are now through the BBB

Since i got bot jail, i didn't get on to play or pay to get my account out of jail.
WHY? because i dont BOT!!!!! after this, i will reconsidering on whether to spend money for TQ games or NEVER at all.

I can spend $5 easily, but not spending $5 for this!
People get upset for thing they didn't do!

Netdragon was on the list! with the address and such.

This problem is like a random slap in the face for no appearing reason!
After this incident, I'm so done! I got back to conquer online like months ago!
I know people scamming, cheating, and all kind of stuff.
But yet, I still play and support TQ by spending my money, and Grinding like hell!

Like couple weeks ago, my vendor in market got bot jail because they said "I was botting." I emailed and emailed! they keep saying they will check on it.
Guess what? they said I indeed botting!!!!
2 days later, My vendor was released from Bot Jail! I wonder why?????? BTW i didnt pay to get my Vendor out!!! even thought it had items worth around 30dbs.

Im taking this very serious! not because of $5, but because for what is right!

All business' will appear on the BBB, but not all business' are BBB accredited business'. If they are, it means they are liable to answer for their actions to BBB, but sadly, TQ are not. You can see how bad the customer support with TQ can be, but it can also be great, it's all down to luck and getting the right GM to work on your case.

During the massive bot jail glitch this was what everyone seemed to get back. This message seems like some sort of auto reply they send to people who complain about being in bot jail. Mephisto is looking into it and did indeed fix mine when it was glitched. So give it time.
