That's just the first step of introducing more services to you all, and extra blessing time could give you more time in the off-line training ground to gain experience.

let's do the math then, if you, I assume, got four accounts, and only one has the VIP privileges, let's say, it's given extra chance for lotto, so you could do more lotto on a consistent basis.
