Singtel!(problem)

O.O I'm from singapore and i'm also sure that there are also some singaporean here plying this game! I asked those singaporean in my server they also facing the same problem which were also using singtel. I hated it when i can't participate on the offline event on the webpage for yearS!!!I can view the Co web page but not those event page like Credit Cards Spin The Prize Wheel event etc.!! so unfair ! I credit the card and can't try it. I did approach the GM and they told me something sintel .... error(Forgot) GM FIX THIS T.T

I talked to many Singaporeans before and I do know the exact problem with the contest page here. It's all because of the dynamic IP addresses distributed by your local ISP, either Singtel or StarHub, they distribute dual IP addresses to their customers, ensuring the speed of internet surfing and network connection. However, there's still one Internet Service Provider down there in Singapore providing service, M1(if my memory serves me right), and luckily they only distribute static IP address to their customers, and there goes the problem.

I know that ISN'T the solution cause swapping ISP would cost more than meets the eye, and the contract thing.

I've put forth the suggestion in regard to the dual IP addresses thing, using proxy to get access to the page was recommended but nowadays, it seems not working no more.

I'll talk to the staff in charge of the contest page tomorrow when they're at work.

I just checked in with the staff in charge here about the connection problem, and as a matter of fact, this issue has been existing for a long time, and we've also reported on it to the technicians.

Unfortunately this seems to have a lot to do with the optical fibers underneath the ocean instead of the server we use to set up the page. =/

I would recommend you either going for the free proxy site or sign up for a VPN. =) sorry for the inconvenience mate.

I use starhub and used to face this problem too but doesn't seem like this problem is occuring anymore for starhub user.

Anyone lags with high ping between the time 9pm to 1am every day without fail on singnet?

I have this problem and can't really play during this time.
That would be 6am to 10am according to current server time.
