I dont understand right the 2 sentence:

- When you achieve Ultra attributes on all stages, you'll be able to buy Skill Souls from the Martial Dealer in the Market (208, 193)

The Aligned Stars will give extra Inner-strength points, and the Inner-strength Ranking will be refreshed.

the requirements for rank 15 (and buy skill soul) at the moment is the Inner strenght (22k is the threshold)

With new patch you will gain a inner strenght boost for aligned star: that mean that you can buy skill soul even with attribute lower than ultra if all stage are linked???

Mephisto can you enlight me?

Interesting inquiry. I as well have very little understanding of what this skill soul stuff is at all or how to obtain it. I would think simply ultra in all 81 things would do it (mostly because reaching inner strengths over lv 10 seem to only be possible when everything is above a certain quality.. not based on point system at all).

What is this Skill Soul stuff anyways? What will it add to my character? This is my first post ever on a conquer forum.. but I really want to know the answer to this.

there is no boosting, only the skill effect will be changed nothing more = more lag
