If You Have Issue Logging In, Come Inside!

Well, with more and more reports flooding in concerning the logging issue, our team has decided to take a deeper look at the issue and aim to sort it out as soon as we can.

But without the information provided from the community, the process will not be as quick as expected. So if you have run or had bumped into the issue before, please post it here, and the information should come in the format as follows:

For instance:
Error Message: Failed to connect to the server. Please login again!
Screenshot: [a screenshot of the error message]
Description:
It just bobbed up before the loading bar showed any progress, and I had to try it over and over and over again, and eventually it took me 4 minutes to log my account into the server.

Your cooperation will be highly appreciated and your information will be valuable to the resolution of this issue.

Please be aware that you don't always get an error message due to the loading bar not even loading up.. with it simply saying "please wait..."

^ Same thing has happened to me a couple of times, the bar will load so far and say loading Please wait and never complete.

Have been getting the: Failed to connect to the server. Please login again!
again and takes a few times of clicking to go through sometimes.

But definitely not as bad as the last time this was reported and was looked into.

No, as in the bar doesnt even load up...
it simply says "Loading please wait..."
and no loading bar at all.

All day today when trying to log in to Element Dark server I have been getting a Database Error 54 message and can not get in. Please fix this.

Same here: every account I try gets that error; a friend has been able to log in a few of his accounts but none of the ones he wants to use.

There are *loads* of players reporting this on the normal forum.

my wife logged off for a few minutes and now she can not get on saying error server maintenance or network congested. try again later
also says failed to login database error (999)
