Apparently, with this new patch, WWK and triple attack combo no longer works. Or at least that's what a couple of people on my server are complaining about.

Works with mobs, not pvp. If that clears it up.
Tranquility also doesn't work to unshackle either. Which makes shackling have to be the entire minute and a half, but removes the unshackling and re-shackling.
