Patch 5621: Weekend Event - CP Shower

We are glad to announce that Patch 5621 (Mac-1120) will be released, following the routine server maintenance on 30th June, 2012.

Note: You must be sure that the client is completely closed before patching, otherwise the patch may not be installed correctly and you won't be able to login the game.

Highlights of Patch 5621 (Mac-1120)
Weekend Event – CP Shower
In order to thank our players for their patience and support during extra maintenance, the TQ team has decided to give away free CPs to all players. From 1:30, June 30th to 1:00, July 2nd (PDT), all players will have a chance to get CP packs of 1, 2, 5, or 10 CPs while out hunting the monsters that inhabit the Conquer world!

Bug Fixes

Players being unable to complete the “Hero`s Wings” quest is fixed.





It says NOTHING about getting exp of 1/60 of an exp ball which is all I've gotten so far

Vixen - Are you talking about Hero's Wing, or something else entirely concerning the EXP ball?

I don't know about the rest of you, but I collected 117 CPs yesterday, whereas today ... 4. Why is that? Ohhh, that's right, because today the bots have control of the server.

that's no joke, can not even log on to Tornado server due to so many bots.

Oh, I'm logged in, but can't really go anywhere besides Gales Shallow. I wanted to jump into the saddles caves to work on my next level progression (Just got +4 on my steed. Ahhh, hard work pays off, though it takes forever. LOL), but there's tons of bots in there with no monsters.

I did copy/paste and should have left the Heros wing out (sorry)
Macha--the cp drop gave me nothing but exp sat nite...Went out this morning and got about 30 there were so many bots it made it hard to hunt

I haven't received any EXP balls from the CP packs. Hmmm, wonder why you're getting them? Very weird.

HAHAHAHA of course we are not getting anything. This is TQ giveaways for the botters. we paying players can starve

LOL Okay, I can agree on that one, because this last event (Running with the Bulls) was a botters haven. They were everywhere I went, and particularly going crazy in Wind Plain.

Yup! Same thing on my server. I believe 90% of the loot was taken by botters hands down LOL. I gave up after a few minutes and sat my ass in TC. It was a total waste of time. Realistically, how can we compete with automation? Does TQ even think about us players benefits? Events like this can be easily be run over by botters. TQ will never get rid of botters because I believe TQ is the one creating these botters. Every event like CP showers, Meteor showers, are for botters. Botters with auto pick up will run circles around me 24/7. They are capable to pick up 20 cps before i can even see a shadow of 1 cp.
