Well so i want to get my super +8 bow to my other character (bind) 1 star vip and this 1 2 starr , anyways is it possible to trade or send my itrms to my other account ?????

I'm not sure about the exact details of what you're asking.

If the super(+8) bow is bound there is no way you can trade it.

If the bow isn't bound and both your characters are on the same server, make them trade partners; if the bow is inscribed into an arsenal it will need to be uninscribed. Then you should be able to trade the bow.

If this doesn't answer your question, please would you clarify what you're asking about?

trade: become trade partners which takes 5 days. -its under 'friend' menu.
then you can trade freely (takes that long to unlock anyway... may as well )

Trade Partners is 3 days. To become a merchant it is 5 days, and to unlock it is 5 days.

If the items are bound, I'm afraid either way you'll fail to deliver the items to other accounts. The bound items are meant to not be traded in game, that's why those items have a "bound" mark in the descriptions.
