Anyone know roughly how long the VIP system will be down?

Face it if your VIP you have paid money to play this game and this Upgrade is Epic Fail once again from TQ. I really hope others would join me in writing them direct to let them know this is I have paid many dollars to play this game and the service your giving the game is failing. Because of you so called up grade to VIP system I have lost my VIP and can not get it back because of this system message
VIP system is upgrading, please try again at a later time. When is later? this system should be working we are paying for this system. If that post about VIP Club not being back online until Aug 12th includes VIP support and using my VIP account this is unacceptable. I feel we are owed better service or compensation for the lack of

Also it cost little to nothing to call them direct 1-909-612-1681 to inform them of the same.
Thank you if we never speak up to them direct and only talk in forums little to nothing ever gets done.

After server Maintenance?

they are having issues with the new change in vip prices (lowered) it was scheduled for the 8th
Perhaps someone was sick who is the only one who knows the method to fix it
Maybe someone tried to hack it during the change or something
Maybe someone put an extra { in the source and bugged the whole upgrade patch.
In Dev work stuff happens give them a day before you freak out.

Well I keep getting something in Chinese telling me there's a server error. So was hoping Mephisto or another would know roughly when this would be up, so I don't have to keep checking

Eh, I can get into the VIP center now, but the vip level dropdown menu is blank o.o That seems a little odd, more than a little odd, I hit the arrow thingy and get no options, maybe someone decided to mess with the coding after all...
