What exactly happened to the Lottery?

I'm really curious now about a few things lotto:
I have played several times since the new extra 60 chances for VIP 6 members and have seen a lot of others play the lottery too. The best item I have seen since this update is a +5 Stone.

So... what the hell happened?

I haven't seen +8 boots/fans/towers/steeds/etc in a long time now. Have they been removed from the lottery?
In fact, the only +8s that seem to show up are random 2-handers and the shield. Everything else seems to be gone from the lottery.

What's the deal?

No more lottery playing for me, until I find out exactly what's wrong and it gets fixed!

Anyone else seeing this problem on their servers?

well im in the Server Titan on Myths

but we get about 1 or 2 E+8 items every week out off lotto

2 weeks ago a noob won a Top Moneybag

we have still all items prices in our Lotto
i never won something good yet but im still trying ??

i think its just bad luck

while i was doing over 250 lottery entries,3 players won exemption token,elite 2 socks shield ,class 7 money bag,in less than 10 minutes,while i only got some +3 stones

I guess we have about the same luck lol.
I just saw +8tower in lotto. Dang it; just made my tower +12 last week!

lol yeah, I just won +8 club this morning. Between myself, my GL, and another DL, we've won 7 or 8 +8's in the last 2 weeks lol

In the last two weeks, I've won two class 8 money bags (80kk), and a +8 tao cap. Plus 8's are still around, they're just fairly rare.

1-2 +8's a week on my server... =\ 2 monk headbands and 2 frocks popped since monks have been released.
