Just a suggestion, i thought seeing as TQ is virtually present in every country in the wrold, i thought they should probably have a 24/7 help desk.

Just finished my rebirth path the other night to find that, serenity hadn't been retained when i Reincarnated to fire, so like you do, you try to contact help desk. oh they arent available atm, okay send a bug report in. Get a reply a day later.

"Dear Customer,

We've received your report. We will forward your problem to our technicians and they will add the Serenity skill to your account as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience in advance."

Question how long is this going to take? 2-3 business days? a week? next year?




If your curious, i went monk-war-fire, So i should have serenity i did have it when i was a warrior, and it wasn't listed as a skill i was going to lose.


Monk/Saint > Warrior > Fire Taoist = Serenity, Shield, Roar, Reflect

im actually trying to get ahold of help desk atm, i literally cant move ingame without lagging out, but as usual they cant answer my call
