Extra Daily Quests

As a VIP 6 it says i can do extra daily quests at the cost of study points, but it does not say how to do this, does anyone know where to go or who to talk to?

I know for cloud saint you do one and talk to him again and he offers you to do it again. Not sure of others.

Yea cloud saints always been the same, its the other daily quests i think, maybe a GM could help us?
